Paying Tribute to the 4x4's Expedition Legacy

There will only be twenty-five examples of the Defender Works V8 Trophy appearing at the Eastnor Castle competition. There will be a mixture of 90 and 110 Station Wagon body designs, which will all be exclusively finished in a unique Eastnor Yellow paint color with matching 16-inch steel wheels. The iconic design features modern amenities and exclusive features to make it a one-of-a-kind vehicle.

Design

All Defender Works V8 Trophy models start with a donor chassis, which is completely stripped and refurbished. Then, this classic adventuring SUV is painstakingly assembled by hand using exclusive components to create a tailor-made driving experience. The Defender Works V8 Trophy offers an up-rated suspension, sturdy under-body protection, external cage, and supportive leather race seats.

Each Defender Works V8 Trophy model will include LED headlamps, a Heritage front grille, unique Land Rover Trophy badging, and event participation graphics personalized to each customer, including names and country flags. Not only can you expect an eye-catching design, but the Defender Works V8 Trophy also includes highly practical equipment to help drivers tackle the toughest off-road challenges.

An additional all-terrain kit includes a front winch, multi-point expedition cage, roof rack, underbody protection, A-bar, raised air intake, LED spotlights, and mud-terrain tires. With these features, drivers can take on everything from fording rivers to crawling through mud.

On the inside, the Defender Work V8 Trophy provides high-end luxury combined with 4x4 benefits. You can expect full black Windsor leather upholstery with Recaro sports seats and unique yellow contrast stitching. In collaboration with Elliot Brown watches, a clock face uses the 'Eastnor Yellow' and black vehicle colors with a topographic graphic of the highest point within the Eastnor Estate.

Performance

This off-roading legend will come with a 400-horsepower 5.0-liter V8 engine that provides impressive acceleration and power when you need it. With 380 pound-feet of torque, drivers will have the strength needed to tackle all types of terrain. The Defender Works V8 Trophy provides a 0-60 MPH of 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 106 MPH.

You can also expect a dual-speed transfer box with automatic torque biasing center differential. This transfer box allows you to shift up to 90 percent of torque to the front or rear axle as needed. With a reconfigured suspension featuring improved springs and dampers, drivers will be prepared for any challenge.
